This is a great little hometown place that just opened. Wilma moved to the US 10+ years ago after meeting her husband on a mission trip in her home country of the Philippines. Her menu at the dinner is a result of that cultural fusion with your typical down home country cooking as well as several Asian dishes. You cannot beat the prices! Seriously, where else can you get a dinner for $8? There are lots of choices on the menu. I went to try one of Wilma's Asian dishes and I was not disappointed in the chicken adobo. The flavor was unbelievable! The person who went with me tried the night's special which was Vegetable Tempura and Pumpkin Noodles. It was also delicious (I stole a bite!). Either save room for dessert or get some to go, because it is all homemade and equally delicious. I am a fan of the coconut cream pie. If you are looking for a fancy, romantic place, this isn't the restaurant for you. This is a homestyle dinner, where the character doesn't come from what's on the wall but the folks in town who are coming in for a bite to eat and the love that is obviously put into the cooking. I drove 30 minutes to for the experience (considering there are not many authentic Asian places in the area) and was not dissapointed.
